Copper No More

2325512597_deb9e020edAfter 110 years and providing many jobs the tall towers of Asarco will be gone for good. I’m not sure about the truth in the damage or potential risk that many say was around us because of Asarco. I’m sure that in the past things were not as healthy as the could have been, but I also believe that standards were not what they are today. The environmental agenda I believe skews statistics just as bad as polluters hide the truth, both to achieve their desired end result… not really providing an accurate picture of reality.

So Asarco, El Paso’s copper smelter is going for good.
